Job Introduction
As a Marketing Manager, will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy and hands-on initiatives to drive company growth. You will lead the marketing function to increase customer awareness and engagement through branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, etc., to align with business direction and strategy. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies and plans according to the marketing objectives to optimize new customer and existing customer acquisition, conversion and frequency through various traffic channels, including search, social media, email, etc.
Develop branding strategies and plans to ensure the focus on brand building efforts is consistent and in line with business direction
Evaluate and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
Analyze market trends, track marketing performance metrics and prepare forecasts
Manage marketing budget and project ROI
Actively collaborate with internal team as well as external clients and partners to ensure connectivity and clear communication
Take ownership on the outcome and quality of end-to-end marketing initiatives/activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7-10 years of relevant experience
Excellent Communication, Presentation, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Solid knowledge in Marketing/ Advertising
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in both Thai and English (especially speaking and writing)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related fields preferred
